**Job Role**:

- Your key task will be to support the Project Manager and field team in their role to build a telecoms network to schedule
- To create and submit field modifications to a central hub
- Keep a log of works completed by field teams each day and upload evidence to reporting system / trackers - this will be evidence of cable and civils works
- Verify and upload evidence of works against reporting criteria, liaise with on-site team to communicate any missing information - and keep track until rectified
- To identify and assist with re-routes on a GIS style network system
- Escalate any issues with Project Manager
- Provide daily whereabout of field teams to Client
- Be a point of contact for ground teams
- Updating and running reports associated with works

**Essentials**:

- Strong IT skills, with an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the capability to create and maintain trackers and reports.
- 2 + years of working in a similar capacity
- To be able to work accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Excellent time keeper
- Be reliable
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills

**Preferred**
- Previous experience within telecoms / utilities
- Knowledge of PIA network software GIS or similar (ideally APX)

**Terms**:

- Monday to Friday 8.30 - 4.30pm
- 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays
- Company pension scheme

Work Remotely
