An experienced Export Clerk is required for an independent Freight Forwarding company in Felixstowe, who provide worldwide shipping services.

You’ll be working on their Sea Freight team, dealing with companies worldwide, liaising with overseas agents / customers / hauliers, handling all aspects of Exports from start to finish and everything in between.

**Other duties of the Export Clerk**:

- Liaising with overseas agents / customers / hauliers
- Creating files both manually and on the computer system
- Receiving and checking relevant documentation and passing on to shipping lines
- Planning and arranging deliveries

The successful Export Clerk will have start to finish experience with Sea Freight Exports and come from a Freight / Logistics background.

You’ll be a proficient communicator; in person, on the phone and in writing.
