**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate personal schedule with manager.
- Ensure that manager is aware of all meetings, phone calls, and other events that are scheduled.
- Plan and supervise the execution of personal errands.
- Handle personal correspondence and calls to ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Handle management of personal finances.
- Arrange transportation and manage travel itineraries in conjunction with manager.
- Organize and store business files, records, documents, and other data.
- Manage office supplies.
- Offer solutions to problems.
- Coordinate office activities in conjunction with manager.
- Order office equipment.
- Collect, update, and maintain contact information.,Ensure that office equipment is maintained, repaired, updated, and working efficiently.
- Contact vendors and manage vendor relations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
