In this role you will:

- **Partner with clients** from some of the world’s leading corporations - Global 100 and 500 companies - to learn how their business works, what their strategies are and how to shape the leadership capabilities of their senior management to enable them to do the best work of their lives.
- **Develop new solutions** by working in teams or alone. Effective design skills are critical to our future. We really customize solutions to our client’s unique context, so we need adept architects of learning experiences. We also need designers to be able to create solutions that can be scaled and delivered globally (senior consultant and director).
- **Deliver authentic, engaging, interactive and impactful facilitation** of programs to global audiences that positions BTS as the best in the market (senior consultant and director).

You’ll also develop skills in:

- **Consultative sales **to identify strategic business opportunities and begin to convert these into sales through the assessment of clients’ needs, understanding the BTS offerings, the development of proposals and the communication of these offerings to clients.
- **Leading others** within our internal client teams, taking responsibility for the learning and professional growth of the teams that work with you.

Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Much of our work is virtual, but there is also significant travel. You may be required to travel for up to 50% of the time.

The rest of your time is spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients. Interviewing leaders, conducting research and analysis and testing programs. You’ll laugh a lot and have a lot of fun. And this is all done in a team-based setting where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day.

- Know how to get the best out of people and how to inspire confidence and pride in work. You can give useful, timely and constructive feedback.
- Are able to communicate effectively with everyone you meet, you'll be skilled in leveraging a variety of communication channels, especially those requiring digital architecture.
- Hold a good degree and are willing to travel as detailed above.
