**£40,000 to £55,000 + Company Bonus + Excellent Progression Opportunities + Hybrid Working + Flexible Working Hours**

Are you a Research and Development Manager with a background in the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical or science sectors? Would you like the opportunity to join a well-established medical device manufacturing company, who prioritise developing their staffand promoting within? My client is an industry leading medical device manufacturing company in Cheshire, that has customers across the globe. They are experiencing a very exciting period of expansion due to the securing of large contracts which has propelled their growth, andas a result of this they are looking for an additional Research and Development Manager.
This is a great opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing medical device companies in Europe, offering extensive training, more responsibility, and excellent progression routes.
*Degree in relevant scientific discipline/time spent as R&D Manager
*Medical industry experience
*Live within a commutable distance of the site
**The Role**:
*Aid implementation of new products, technologies, product extensions within the medical device industry
*Lead the design and development of new medical technologies
*Effectively manage multiple R&D projects at one time
*Identify new R&D opportunities within the medical field
