My wonderful client a successful Wealth Planning Firm based in Buckinghamshire area is looking to recruit a skilled Financial Planning Manager who is skilled in working within the Financial Planning and Compliance Industry.An outstanding opportunity hasarisen for an Office Manager in their business, to work directly with the business owners; a growing and well-respected Practice of Business Advisers.
You will be managing the operational needs of the business, ensuring the efficient running of the office and the quality of service to the clients.
The Role - Office Manager
- Reporting to the Group Practice Manager and working alongside the Financial Planning Directors, you will manage all aspects of the office on a daily basis. As such this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to take ownership, is well organisedand adaptable.
- Providing outstanding client service will be of upmost importance to you and you will inspire others to do the same.
- Be able to identify ways in which current processes can be improved and suggest appropriate change within the business.
- Manage the team to deliver quality standards and operational targets through effective performance management
- Control and manage workload for the team
- Maintain appropriate level of functional and technical expertise and knowledge of products, procedures, services and systems
- Ensure the business is compliant at all times
- Manage the team’s quality
The Person - Office Manager
- You will have experience of managing tasks and processes with tenacity whilst keeping excellent records.
- You will have a good understanding of how you can add value to this business and you enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have common sense, influencing skills and enjoy problem solving.
- You will be honest, positive, hardworking and reliable.
