This role has a very competitive commission/bonus scheme and some excellent benefits including monthly 'Top Table’ evenings for high performers, health and wellbeing vouchers and many more. The office is located in Holborn and all consultants have a hybridworking model.

Successful consultants can come from various backgrounds including ex-communications and marketing professionals, in-house talent acquisition specialists, agency recruiters or sales professionals, so if you have experience in any of these areas and thisrole sounds of interest, do get in touch

Experience Required
- Either previous recruitment/sales experience OR experience in communications/ marketing field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good listening, questioning and influencing skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Business acumen
