Taxi Driver

Have you ever wanted to become a cab (private hire) driver but been afraid of the self-employed element? CabsSmart may have the answer for you. We are taking on drivers on an employed basis, meaning you will get paid as you work on an hourly basis. The rate of pay is variable depending on the shift on which you will be working. You must be flexible in your working hours, as we are a 24/7 business. This will include days, evenings, and weekends. You must have a smart appearance and a clean driving license. An enhanced DBS is an advantage, and you will be required to be licensed by the local authority. However, CabsSmart will see you through all the necessary requirements and training. We will even cover your license fees. However, these would become repayable to the company if you left in the first year of your employment. CabsSmart operates in both Ipswich and Woodbridge and would like to invite applicants from both of these areas. This position is also open to existing private hire driver license holders
