Adecco are proud to recruit for on behalf of our Client for Material Coordinator / Contract Administrator to work in a great team in an established, global business based in Bolton.

It's a perfect role for someone with experience as a Sales Administrator / in a similar role with a strong Customer Service focus.

**Salary**: £24,000 pa

**Location**: Bolton

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to client queries in a timely manner
- Process orders and issue weekly order updates
- Process and upload forecasts
- Manage inventory reports & stock reservations
- Obtain quotations from suppliers
- Manage customer outstanding order books
- Monitor incoming stock
- Communicate with the clients and line manager
- Monitor credit line & communicate with accounts
- Make records of customer interaction

**Personal Qualities**:

- Experience within a similar role is desirable
- Strong admin & customer service experience
- Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
