**Description du poste et Missions**:
**Le PROJET**:
Sur notre site de production Brioche basé en Angleterre, à Milton Keynes, nous avons identifié:

- Un besoin de renforcer les compétences process/produit sur le site
- Un besoin d’intégrer les compétences process/produit avec l’équipe implantée sur le site.

En lien avec le Responsable Qualité et le Responsable Industriel du site, votre mission consiste à rendre le site autonome sur la qualité produit et identifier un ou plusieurs potentiel expert process boulangerie.

**La MISSION**:
Mission de 3 ans en Angleterre:

- Avec les personnes en place (assistants production et opérateurs), identifier les besoins en formation.
- Auditer la sécurité de la ligne et identifier avec la ligne le plan d’actions, ainsi que le suivi des indicateurs associés.
- Former et évaluer les assistants qualité production.
- Accompagner les assistants qualité production dans la formation et l’évaluation de leurs opérateurs => Objectif : augmenter l’autonomie des opérateurs.
- Transmettre votre savoir:

- en participant aux plans d’améliorations produits des lignes
- en optimisant les réglages lignes et process
- en participant au démarrage de ligne en cours et à venir (Pitch, feuilleté...).

Pour mener à bien cette mission:

- un accompagnement vous sera proposé pour faciliter votre expatriation en Angleterre
- des échanges réguliers avec les sites basés en France seront nécessaires
- selon votre niveau d’expérience et de savoir, un plan de formation complémentaire pourra être mis en place pour vous accompagner.

Cette mission vous permettra d’évoluer ensuite vers des opportunités en Qualité ou R&D sur nos sites en France et à l’international.

**Profil recherché**:

- Compétences Process panification : connaissance des process boulangers et de la conduite de ligne, expérience de 5 ans minimum
- Capacité à transférer votre savoir (former et coacher pour améliorer la performance)
- Bon niveau en anglais (minimum niveau B1 : lu, écrit, parlé)
