**Duties of a Sales Negotiator will include**:

- Greeting buyers & vendors
- Registering customers
- Matching requirements & arranging viewings
- Calling out new properties
- Valuation generation
- Negotiating offers
- Accompanied Viewings

**The successful Sales Negotiator will have**:

- At least 12 months of industry experience ideally working as a Sales Negotiator
- Hard-working attitude
- Ambitious
- Good customer service skills
- Local knowledge of the property market

**Our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator**:

- Basic £20,000
- OTE £30,000
