Receptionist | Winfield Hospital | Full Time 37.5 hours | £21,520 Per Annum (FTE)

Summary:
Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and we provide high quality care in a clean and friendly environment.

The Role:
As a receptionist, you will report to our Reception Manager and provide a high level of customer service. You will be required to deal with internal and external customers in a polite, informative and courteous manner. Other duties will include organising the mail, couriers and taxis, managing telephone calls, maintaining and updating your knowledge of company policies when required, maintaining a range of manual and computerised administration systems and record keeping.

Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills- Customer care experience- Reception experience desirable, but not essential- Proactively contribute to team meetings.- Have a flexible approach to providing reception cover to support colleague absences.- Ability to develop close working relationships within the Hospital.- Good verbal and written communication- Ability to work well in a team and also individually- Personable and positive attitude
