**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Guest Experience Host to join their team in Birmingham.
As the Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for activating and facilitating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for tenants and guests at Citadel, Birmingham. This is a highly relational role that will set the tone for the whole building.
You will support the Building Manager and Senior Management Team with day-to-day operations and maintenance with understanding of expenditure and current legislation. We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitable person capable of running the guest managementprocesses, providing guests with an excellent service, as well as be responsible for a range of administrative front desk duties. You will work closely with the landlord’s Community Team to create a beyond-office experience, helping to ensure that all deskand meeting room spaces run smoothly and helping to activate the ground floor space.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the backend of the Citadel app, helping tenants and guests with bookings and access control.
- Engage with tenants, giving all those who enter a pro-active welcome, promoting in-house happenings (events, newsletters etc) and making introductions between tenants.
- Work closely with the landlord) and the company’s Property Management teams to create a tidy, safe and secure building.
- Support the landlord’s Community Team in cultural, health and impact programmes.
- Effectively manage meeting room AV requirements.
- Maintain filing systems as allocated, digitally and manually.
- Maintain lists for local approved suppliers such as courier, taxi services, catering providers, local amenities and leisure facilities.
- Challenge processes and procedures in order to seek improvements in the performance of customer service and service delivery.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of working in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating across at various levels.
- Proactive, flexible attitude to the changes to the company, IT systems and the role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Fulfil the compliance and policy requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures and the relevant legislative framework.
- Self-Management including showing initiative, being proactive and meeting deadlines.
- Great service delivery including working in partnership with internal and external individuals and good communicating in written and verbally.
- Achieving results and prioritising work.
- Developing self and others and be willing to learn.
