As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will work as part of the Supply Chain team at Abbey View in Wymondham, Norfolk. Supply Chain is the focal point for stock information for both internal and external customers. They are responsible for ensuring all stock are available to the production teams in order for client SLA’s to be met. They are also responsible for providing quick and accurate stock analysis to our client facing teams, as well as being responsible for the majority of stock procurement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
■ Working with the warehouse teams (on and off site) to monitor all stock levels and ensuring they are at the correct levels to assist with meeting client SLA’s.

■ The maintenance of stock information on the relevant systems.

■ Working with the client facing teams, production floor and warehouse team to manage any stock destruction or obsoletion.

■ Responsible for the booking in of stock deliveries from our suppliers.

■ Conduct analysis into historic stock levels for investigation and planning.

■ Answer stock questions from the production teams.

■ Managing most of the procurement for stocks used at Abbey View - both internal and external stocks.

■ Support site MI requirements, when required.

■ Clear and accurate communication to the production teams.

■ Issue management and escalation as appropriate.

**Qualifications** **& Experience**:
■ Experience of working to tight deadlines

■ Client or Supplier facing experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
