We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our family run business, based at our Operations Office in Norwich.

Your duties are to support the smooth-running of the Supply Chain Department through administrative duties, such as: creation of purchase orders, approving barcodes and shipping marks, updating shipping spreadsheets, dealing with arrival documents and shipping invoices.

Qualities we look for include, reliability, great communication and organisation skills and good computer knowledge. Experience dealing with any stock systems is desirable, but not essential.

This is a part-time position, working 27.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
