Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm shifts

Remote position - can be based anywhere in the UK

The Case Administration Officer’s role is to deliver assistance to the operation with administrative based tasks, case flow management and the evaluation of supporting case information to decide if a case is inside terms of reference/outside terms of reference. They will distribute, progress and close cases at various stages of the operation and, where necessary, gather information and provide both written and oral communications to complainants and participating companies.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Achieve expected performance and quality standards in order to support the delivery of company Service Level Agreements
- Communication with all areas and levels within the business, in addition they will also have regular contact with external key stakeholders
- Monitor workload, prioritise tasks and allocate cases; to meet deadlines and ensure smooth case flow management
- Evaluate cases in order to identify compliance and non-compliance, specifically relating to terms of reference, disputes, final decisions and outstanding remedies
- As a focal point of the business, the officers are expected to maintain and develop a thorough working knowledge of relevant industry sectors. In addition, they are expected to identify key trends and provide guidance and/or feedback to the relevant internal and external partners
- Producing reports to assist in specific reconciliation activity for our participating companies and the regulatory bodies
- General administration including troubleshooting and coaching colleagues from across the business to empower them to make the right decisions and remain impartial
- Facilitating visits from external key stakeholders to improve processes and enhance working relationships

**Essential Skills Qualifications, accreditation & Registration**
- Good keyboard and IT skills including proficiency in MS Office Word, and basic skills in Excel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
- Possess basic numeric skills
- Ability to use and work on own initiative
