**In House Social Media & Digital Content Creator**

Lock 91 is an award winning private hire, alternative event, cocktail and ale bar in the heart if Manchester city centre.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented content creator to lead the creative and social media platforms.

**Skills / Requirements**
- A solid understanding of the use of all of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Lock 91's brand image and target audience
- Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write and design a high quality post to using effective storytelling techniques. Graphic design experience ideal.
- Videography experience - content capture
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights
- An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- Excellent networking skills.
- Motivated to constantly meet high standards
- Lead our content creation plan based around our topic pillars, ensuring all content is engaging and maximizing content synchronicity across all platforms
- Experience in paid social campaign management
- At least 2 years in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
- Manage all social media platforms
- Plan content, schedule and delivery
- Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote our brand
- Create engaging multimedia content
- Social media engagement across all platforms
- Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using analytics
