Reporting to Development Performance Manager, the Development Coordinator will provide support to assist with the management of the Affordable Development team’s procurement frameworks and to use data to collate, analyse and report on performance across theteam.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To support the Affordable Development and Procurement teams with procurement exercises relating to the operation of the Affordable Development functions.
- To support the Development Performance Manager with the day to day management of the Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework, legal services framework and the valuers panel.
- To collate, analyse and share data on performance of the frameworks, and ensure all framework documentation is up to date.
- To ensure all framework and access agreements are completed and all invoices issued according to membership.
- Working with the Development Performance Manager to take a leading role in the day-to-day management and future development of the ICN website and portal.
- To ensure meetings are booked in with clients, consultants and contractors. To prepare data to be shared at the meetings.
- To ensure KPIs are completed by the Affordable Development team and ICN clients and to report on the performance of ICN suppliers. To seek additional feedback where required and to highlight any issues arising from the data.
- To analyse data from call offs and mini competitions to share trends with ICN consultants.
- To ensure scheme cost data is completed by the relevant consultants and/or client and use the data to provide ICN benchmarking data.
- To ensure social value delivery plans are in place for each call off and assist the Development Performance Manager and Social Value Coordinator to ensure social value outcomes are delivered through ICN.
- To collate due diligence information for all ICN suppliers on an ongoing basis. To identify any concerns and seek further guidance where necessary.
- Working with the Development Performance Manager to manage the ICN Social Media accounts in order to celebrate the success of the ICN framework and raise its profile.
- To collate and analyse defect and customer satisfaction data, communicate the results and highlight any issues to the team and assist with improving processes in order to improve the customer experience.
- To collate performance data and actively contribute to the analysis of the data to identify areas for service improvement.
- To ensure KPIs are completed by the Affordable Development team and to report on the performance of the solicitors on the legal services framework. To seek additional feedback where required and to highlight any issues identified.
- To support the Development Performance Manager to produce a quarterly Development Performance report to be shared with the Affordable Development team.
- To support the work of the Affordable Development team in understanding and improving performance, particularly relating to defects and customer satisfaction.
- Working with the Data Apprentice to compile defect repair data, and to communicate outstanding defect repairs to project managers and assist the project managers with closing down the defect repairs on the system.
- To analyse defect data in order to report on any trends, identify issues with products and to monitor the standard of contractor and/or subcontractor performance. To present this data to relevant parties, including managers, clerk of works and customercare teams in order to improve our homes and customer service.
- To monitor completion of the customer engagement tracker and escalate non completion to managers.
- Working with the Data Apprentice and contractor customer care teams in order to have a better understanding of the type of defects reported.
- Working with the Data Apprentice to ensure the defect property database is up to date and all relevant departments/external agencies are informed of handovers and OOH contact details.
- To report on and follow up OOH defect repairs.
- To work with the Business Intelligence team to collect and collate more detailed customer satisfaction data.
- To actively seek to collect further qualitative customer satisfaction feedback and present the findings to the project managers and the Development Performance Manager.
- To ensure Project Showcases are completed for every scheme by the relevant PM by booking sessions, providing data on defects and customer satisfaction per scheme and ensuring the learning is shared with the Continuous Improvement Group.
- To ensure the completion of key departmental reports including the contract monitor, PC reviews, Project Journals and to escalate non completion to Managers.

**QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS**:
Qualified to minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths;
Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
