**Your life as a Sales Negotiator**

**Salary up to £20,000 plus commission**

With support from the Director of Sales you will be the main point of contact for our buyers and sellers and estate agents at the point of a property lead being generated until the point of a sale being agreed. At this point you will liaise with the operations team to progress to exchange and completion. You will get a real kick out of great customer service and getting it right first time for your stakeholders on every interaction. You’ll be driven to hit your targets ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and that the quality of service is excellent. You'll develop strong relationships with everyone you deal with as you go about your daily work. You will be able to work as part of a team to resolve issues because you know we always keep our promises to our clients. You will be proactive, professional, organised and have an energetic can-do attitude. You’ll benefit from a hybrid way of working by spending 2-3 days in the office and the remainder at home.

**What you'll do**
- Facilitate the auction process from the point of the lead being generated until the sale is agreed
- Provide vendors with auction appraisal
- Support our buyers to go through the registration process to become bid ready
- Complete compliance tasks including processing the sellers ID and ensuring the EPC is in the process of being obtained
- At point of property going live ensure partner agent is promoting property in the correct manner and correct pricing
- Following a property being sold ensure partner agent marks it as sold on website
- Actively promote the use of our legal pack and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets
- Refer the lead to the Instructions team once the signed terms are received who will progress it to go live
- Track and manage leads that have not immediately instructed, regularly keeping all parties updated with the sellers circumstances
- Keep in regularly contact with all prospective sellers up until the point they do not see auctions as a route to market
- Support the process of arranging viewings and follow up viewings for feedback and to encourage offers and price reductions
- Efficiently answer phone calls to ensure our customers receive a great customer service
- Keep in regular contact with buyers, sellers and agents at every step of the way up until the point of getting the sale agreed
- Manage the expectations of buyers, sellers and agents at all times
- Build effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to allow you to effectively deal with queries received
- Use your initiative to solve the problems preventing a sales lead from moving forward
- Identify ways of improving customer service and make recommendations to your line manager

**Who we're looking for**

We're searching for a versatile people person who gets what great customer service looks like and has what it takes to deliver it, as well as:
12 months experience of working in the Property sector

Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, particularly excel

Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills

Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

A keen eye for detail

The communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone

An organised way of working and ability to prioritise

Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening

Good data entry and typing skills

Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines

Previous experience in an administration role
