**The Opportunity**

As a Process Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic approach within Revenue Operations, aligning with overarching goals of enhancing customer and employee experiences.

You’ll work closely with the Commercial & MI team to define and monitor operational/regulatory outcomes and value creation, to drive sustainable performance (for example, a strong focus on consumption to cash).

Our number one goals are to drive the best customer and employee experience and implement solutions that allow for E2E service via the pods.

**What you’ll be doing**

In this role, you will lead your team in leveraging data and reporting tools effectively to make informed decisions and manage performance. Promote the development of 'Self-serve' reporting and performance management, minimizing reliance on grey IT.

You’ll coach your team and create an environment that fosters continuous improvement and empowers individuals, driving development and growth. You will get involved in selection and training of new team members and growing and developing all members of your teams.

You will Represent EDFs/Retail’s interests at internal and external forums. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders both within and outside the organization, where required.

There will also be an opportunity for you to take charge of delivering key projects, related to a number of topics, such as value creation, regulatory change, performance targets improvement.

**Location: Flexible/Home working - occasional travel to office**
