**Job Title**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Reporting to**: Warehouse manager

**Department**: Warehouse

**Brief Outline of Job**:
Reporting into the warehouse manager you will support them in Stock control Goods in and despatch, to deliver an effective and efficient operation against daily and weekly targets and plans.

Ensure quality and health & safety standards are achieved and maintained.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the warehouse manager to develop and administer an efficient warehouse operation
- Liaise with the procurement department manager & Purchasing manager to ensure stock is receipted accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse management system is kept upto date.
- The ability to identify, cost and follow through on new ideas which helps the whole business.
- Supporting with regular and adhoc project work.
- To ensure daily warehouse tasks are completed to include, Goods in, Stock counting and despatch.
- Deliver all products within the agreed time windows to achieve maximum on time in full.
- Correlate and manage all auditable data for your area of responsibility within appropriate timescales.
- Promote a culture of cleanliness within the Warehouse
- To ensure that all budgetary controls under your area of responsibility are managed
- Foster a culture of can do attitude whilst ensuring all day to day tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Support other departments within the business as required.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
