**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Raising purchase orders for manufactured and catalogue parts.
- Liaising with suppliers ensuring competitive pricing, quality and on time delivery etc.
- Materials requirement planning, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
- Organising stock and ensuring records are up to date.
- Organising international shipping
- Administration of building services, water, power etc.
- Administration of Health and Safety including First Aid, Fire Risk etc.
- Organising invoices for payment by accounts

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of manufactured part purchasing a bonus however training will be provided
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 36 per week
