Accounts Assistant

Duties will include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Creating new bank transactions, such as payments for expense claims or transfers
- Processing sales invoices,
- Issuing invoices, importing bank statements into the accounting system
- Liaise with suppliers, deal with queries
- Maintain the companies PO system
- Ad hoc support across the finance team
Desired experience/skills:
- Confident Excel user, able to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, sumifs etc.
- Previous experience working in a finance/accounts assistant level position
- Ability to commute to Worthing offices when required.
