Community Heart Failure Clerical Officer

**The post holder is responsible for**:
- Providing administrative support to the Community Heart Failure Service across Swansea Bay UHB area.
Registering and validation of outpatient referrals.
Booking and management of outpatient clinics including liaison with patients regarding suitable appointments as advised by a Registered Nurse..
Maintaining the office filing system ensuring that letters, reports and patient records are filed promptly and correctly.
Typing, word processing and photocopying of documents, letters and reports generated by team, responding to priority as agreed protocol.
Dealing with telephone queries, referring enquiries to other members of team as necessary.
