Do you want to help make a difference to the experience of patients, their families and carers in an environment that provides outstanding care?

We are seeking to appoint professional, enthusiastic, polite, and kind Wellbeing Reception Administrators. There are 2 posts available either full time or part time.

As Reception Administrator you will help ensure the smooth and safe management of our patient and family care by providing a confidential and precise reception, administration, and clerical role. You will be the first point of contact in welcoming and answering patient/visitor queries to the Wellbeing Centre and will support our Volunteers.

You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to be calm and patient under pressure.

You will be able to manage your own time and always demonstrate a flexible attitude.

Saint Catherine's is a fabulous place to work, and you will be joining a team who plays a pivotal role in supporting our patient care. We pride ourselves on the great working relationships we have across our hospice and community settings. We are friendly and have fun when and where we can.

You will get full support and training during your probation period of 6 months.

**Salary**: £21,730 per annum
