Are you looking for a varied hands on leadership role for an impressive market leading construction fixtures manufacturer overseeing a specialist team?

Do you like day-to-day variety, a multitude of different jobs and a good degree of autonomy to do what you do best?

The company are a multi-disciplinary construction and civil engineering outfit who have grown to work in several sectors and have established long term customers.

The role involves overseeing a small team of Fabricators in a semi-hands on role where you will also attend site meetings, understand job works and communicate this with your team. You will need good organisational, leadership and communication skills inaddition to fabrication skills.
