We are currently looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school to support a child with Dyslexia until the end of the academic year.

**The Role**

In this role you will be supporting a child in year 6 on a 1:1 basis. The child is in year 6 who has just received his EHCP due to his dyslexia and ADHD diagnosis. The school are specifically looking for a teaching assistant who has a specialism in dyslexiaas this will be the main area that the child requires support. As you will be joining the child in year 6, you will be involved in supporting him during national assessments and in preparing for secondary school: self-organisation, time management etc.

The school would ideally like to find a teaching assistant who has OCR Level 5 SpLD training as your role will include devising a bespoke spelling programme, so this knowledge would be beneficial.

This role is offered on a full-time basis and will be contracted until the end of the academic year.
