The team in Milton Keynes are looking for an Internal Sales Support person to join our Perfect Welding Business Unit.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Preparing technically and commercially correct quotations
- Maintaining customer discounts and producing price lists
- Maintenance of customer & prospect database
- Processing customer sales orders including shipping and invoicing documents
- Coordinating deliveries and stock taking
- Maintaining stock levels
- Building & maintaining relationships with current customers
- Upselling to existing customers
- Providing cover for colleagues during annual leave/absence
- Occasional voluntary support at trade fairs, exhibitions, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of the welding industry would be an advantage; however full training will be given.
- Knowledge of sales communication technology such as CRM, would be an advantage; however full training will be given.
- IT skills (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint)

**Abilities, skills and qualities**
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Willing to undertake further training
- Team worker with willingness to impart knowledge to others
- Flexibility (working hours and tasks arranged to suit customer requirements)
- Cost conscious
- A knowledge of ERP systems ( BaaN ) and CRM would be a great advantage
- English written and spoken
- Hardworking with a can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
