Security Officer Parks and Estates

Do you enjoy being outdoors? Have you recently obtained your SIA licence and looking for your first security role? Then this could be the role for you?
As a Park Warden, you will need to be physically fit as you will be visiting several sites locking and unlocking clients premises, inspecting and carrying out general repairs to play areas and maintaining clients grounds.
To be considered for this role, we ask is that you have a manual driving licence and Door Supervisor SIA licence.
**Position**:Park Warden
**Pay rate**: £21,849.60 per annum
**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday (seasonal hours)
**Location**:Bexley Park and surrounding area
**Responsibilities**:
- Patrolling clients premises and park areas, locking / unlocking buildings and cafeteria areas
- Frequent inspections to park grounds / facilities to ensure safety and carry out any minor repairs
- Report any major repairs to management
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as trail upkeep and gardening
