Criterion Capital is currently in search of a **Marketing and PR Executive** to devise marketing strategies and manage public relations activities across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to meet business objectives and help boost brand awareness.
- Conducts regular reviews of social media content in collaboration with external agencies.
- Manage PR campaigns to get more coverage and improve brand reputation.
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
- Analyse marketing and PR results to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with different teams to align marketing and PR strategies with business goals.
- Lead the development and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Ensures timely updates of content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, TripAdvisor, and Meta Search platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in marketing and PR roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- This position is entirely office-based.
