SCHEDULE MANAGER OR ADMINISTRATIVE CO-ORDINATOR NEEDED FOR FIRE COMPLIANCE & PASSIVE FIRE SAFTEY COMPANY.

TITLE:
Schedule Manager - Fire Safety Management and Administration

LOCATION:
Based in Stafford - any commutable location such as Cannock, Stone, Rugley, etc would all be suitable.

PACKAGE:
£32,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience in role.

Fire industry training and any other beneficial training schemes.

Pension, holidays + bank holidays, a day for charitable use and any expenses covered.

ROLE:
Schedule Manager - Fire Safety Management and Administration

Managing the workload and schedules of inspectors, surveyors and assessors.

Develop reports on individuals and personal plans for their development.

Report checking, quoting and managing remedial works and liaising with contractors.

Based in Stafford.

EXPERIENCE:
Schedule Manager - Fire Safety Management and Administration

You should have experience the schedules of roles such as engineers, technicians, surveyors or door inspectors.

Having good organisational skills is an essential.

A track record of success in managing the schedules and works of others is highly preferable.

Any experience as an administrator would be beneficial.

Someone with experience in a passive fire, construction or compliance based company would also be beneficial.

Knowledge and confidence using Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word is essential for this role.

Any commutable location such as Cannock, Stone, Rugley, etc would all be suitable.
