Our Children's Crisis Support Workers are driven, resilient and compassionate people who empower the lovely, amazing people we support in some of the best residential homes in the country, as well as support children where their placements have broken down, and we step in to provide emergency support until a new placement can be found, or when respite is needed from a family or residential setting, which can be for a variety of different reasons.

The team will be expected to work closely with the child to create a safe space within the property, and provide adhoc additional support such as every day skills, and independence and life skills, depending on the child and environment will depend on what this looks like, however it can include support with housework, cooking skills, getting into a routine, sleep patterns, understanding the importance of partaking and engaging with their education, and more.
