Position: General Assistant - Take Away Unit

Location: 11 Hermes Rd, Liverpool, L11 0ED

Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

As a General Assistant for the take away unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality service. You will be responsible for assisting in various tasks, ensuring orders are prepared accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Order Preparation: Assist in preparing and packaging take away orders accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure all orders meet Yum Cha's quality standards before they are delivered to customers.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and surfaces regularly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a team player mentality.

**Working Hours**
- Wednesday - Sunday: 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Overtime available
