Supervisor Resort Inventory

**What will I be doing?**
- Responsible for assisting with the yielding of all inventory segments in order to maximise rental revenues to offset VICC, whilst maintaining established ownership levels by ensuring fair allocations are provided to Owners and Members. Additionally supporting timeshare sales performance by driving the most profitable arrival types to resorts with sales centres
- Providing day to day support to resort operations and club operations, assisting with unit allocations, overbookings, club availability requests, administration relating to all arrival types
- Ensure efficient management of all exchange and owner rental programs
- Assist with the training of resort operations for all things Yield Management related
- Administration of Internal reservations for EU.

**What are we looking for?**
- Maximise space utilisation to ensure achievement of budget goals while maximising occupancy, revenue, arrivals and RevPar
- Maximise inventory best use by analysing the best arrival type and continually making inventory trade decisions to adjust arrival type where necessary
- The Resort Inventory Supervisor (RIS) is responsible for allocating within liabilities to support various owner and developer programs and working with business partners to account for all inventory trades
- RIS responsible for training front desks on Clarity system tools and the importance of Inventory Best Use
- RIS responsible for providing regular updates to business areas on EU performance for occupancy, revenue, arrivals
- RIS is responsible for managing the exchange verification process and liaising with exchange companies as required to handle reservation queries
- RIS is responsible for ensuring fair and equal trading practices are maintained both by themselves
- RIS is responsible for setting bulk out-of-order placements whilst factoring in owner liabilities
- RIS is responsible for the administration of owner rental programs for Europe and where required, the communication with owners regarding the wish to rents
- RIS is responsible for working with the Club contact centre and club inventory operations to support availability requests for club members
- Forecasts future business within 3-5% accuracy (Monthly), along with producing Adhoc forecasts as required by the company
- On a daily basis: reviews future occupancy updating availability, monitoring OOS blocks, group pick-up, etc. Makes decisions to open or close out dates based on occupancy and/or overbooking strategies
- Communicates with Regional Inventory Manager as required to ensure strategies are correct and opportunities are understood and maximised
- Communicates with Revenue colleagues to make rate adjustments based on special events, market demand and trends
- Performs one-on-one and group training on site with property management and team members
- Performs training sessions and property presentations at DRI and non-DRI call centers
- Liaise with Night Audit regarding reservations, payments and folio queries
- Support the EU Hotels reservations team in achieving their business objectives
- Provide weekend coverage to other areas of the YM department when required
