Duration**: 12-month fixed-term**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Facilities Management & EHS Projects Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Facilities Management and EHS improvement projects, managing service lines, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Service Level Agreements and proactively ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collate and produce management information, KPIs, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct audits of service partners and compile relevant information for performance reporting.
- Identify and implement service improvements throughout the Facilities/EHS provision.
- Strive for best value and cost-effective solutions, including the management of outsourced service partners.
- Assist in forward planning and budgeting for service lines.
- Review and update management data on system files, ensuring information is circulated to the Facilities/EHS teams.
- Participate in the tendering process for outsourced vendor services and assist in the mobilization of new vendors, if necessary.
- Support the delivery of the carbon reduction program, sustainability initiatives, and our journey to Next Zero.
- Maintain up-to-date management information and central records related to property and estates space utilization and occupancy levels.
- Compile and maintain the Facilities/EHS Risk Register.
- Provide support to Regional Managers in OPEX/CAPEX, budgeting, reports, and service delivery.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with a relevant qualification at an intermediate level or above.
- Strong ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and commitment to meeting goals.
- Experience supporting business contracts or providing support to a professional function.
- Facilities and/or EHS qualification such as IWFM/IOSH.

**Desirable**:

- Quick adaptability to operate bespoke systems (e.g., SAP, IMS & SharePoint).
- Knowledge of CAFM and Safety Management Systems, including integration with EHS Management Systems (e.g., ISO45001/ISO14001).
- Proficient in report writing, creating, and delivering presentations.
- Familiarity with Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and Net Zero concepts and practices.
