We are recruiting Support Workers to join our friendly team in Bodmin. As a Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for our children and young people. Support Workers help maximise the potential capabilities of all children at our homes. No previous expereince as a Support Worker required as full training will be provided. We believe all children should have a voice and we are looking for Support Workers who share that belief. An excellent Support Worker will provide choice wherever possible and enable our children to grow and make their own decisions as appropriate.

Full time and part time hours available.

£24,960 per annum + £50 per sleep in

**You role will include**:
To plan and support our children's week with the voice of the child while ensuring children are kept safe
Ensure education is prompted and supported and that each child’s attendance in education is maintained.
Ensure all policies and procedures, as well as risk assessments, are adhered to at all times.
Ensure all training provided is completed
To complete any tasks deemed appropriate by a manager or senior manager.
Undertake sleep-in duties as required and lone work
Support children with transport as and when needed
Being a positive role model to other staff and children in the home.
