**Payroll Manager**

**Stevenage - or hybrid**

**£45-50k plus company benefits**

**You will be responsible for;**
- Management and oversight of the UK payroll service for 500 employees - including reviewing the payroll input,
- Preparation of monthly payrolls, including processing all payroll changes including back pay PAYE & NI reconciliation
- Identify and implement continuous improvement across the payroll with a focus on improving efficiencies and automation
- Respond to and resolve payroll and tax related queries
- Support HR with the discounted benefit and flexible benefit schemes including coordination with external partners
- Preparation of analytics and insightful reports to the HR & Finance Directorates to inform business decisions
- Responsible for the preparation of the P11D returns and P11D (b) for reporting on Employer’s class 1(A) national insurance contribution.
- Responsible for payroll month end processing of payroll cash book, journals and providing assistance to Finance colleagues for the reconciliation of payroll general ledger control accounts
- Excellent organisational skills
- ADP Freedom experience would be advantageous
- Be available to start work at short notice
- Confident communicator
