- Job detailsDo you have Material Coordinator experience, and are you seeking a new job in the West Midlands? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Material Coordinator, and the role comes with a salary of £25,000 to £27,000 p/a and excellent benefits.

As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining all stock and materials required for product assembly in a fast-moving, high volume, and frequently changing environment, where there is a significant amount of incoming data from various sources that requires the ability to analyse, process, make decisions and communicate effectively.

In your first few weeks in this Material Coordinator role, you can expect to:

- Create and manage daily stock schedules, from stock to production
- Provide cover, where required, for the Materials Admin and Materials Resource Planner when on annual leave
- Ensure Purchase Orders are raised weekly for all areas of packaging, materials and PPE
- Monitor all ingredient and packaging stocks and report potential problems to escalate or find a solution
- Investigate and resolve any stock queries
- Previous experience working in a similar, busy environment
- Effective communication skills
- Team player capable of working with all stakeholders
- Ability to focus on the right priorities whilst adhering to strict deadlines
- Proactive problem solver with good decision-making skills
