RPS is seeking an area contract supervisor for North Wales, who will work closely with the Regional Contract Manager and Field Team Leaders to ensure the safe and efficient provision of ALC leakage services to a high standard as well as ensuring customer service, technical excellence and compliance including the updating of the integrated management system, and delivery. This is a permanent full-time role, offering a competitive salary and company car/allowance.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Acting as a point of contact for our clients Operations Supervisor
- Taking responsibility for Risk Assessment and Health & Safety Management
- Produce clear and up to date status reports for the Senior Management Team, identifying progress and key issues, and ensuring KPI delivery
- Ensuring Dry-hole reports are monitored, challenged, and reduced.
- Development of the team’s skills to provide the range of services required
- Tracking and driving the performance of Field team leaders
- Formalisation and submission of incident and accident reports
- Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner

**Who we’re looking for?**
- A successful track record of leading a team, with the ability to motivate, influence, negotiate and performance manage
- A strong commitment to Health and Safety
- Outstanding customer service ethos and track record
- Able to meet strict client and company targets
- Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of MS office suite and work management systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of success in a similar environment
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar
- Full UK driving licence

Please note drug and alcohol testing is undertaken for this role and you will also have a DBS check.
