Up to £13.50 p/h dependent on experience

Hours: 15 hours per week (09:00 - 14:00)

Days: Monday, Wednesday Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our expanding organisation. The Linbury Doctors offer a personalised service which allows our patients to have continuity of care through their own Private GP.

From our Head Office in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, our Private GPs cover Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, Wiltshire and surrounding areas. If you are passionate about delivering premium healthcare, we would really like to hear from you.

The successful applicant will require:
Main responsibilities:

- Working as part of the Administration Team to provide the best possible service to both our members and patients using our services.
- Processing customer invoices and assisting the Finance Manager with other aspects of the finance function including maintaining membership accounts and liaising with patients.
- Assisting colleagues with queries in order to provide a unified and seamless service to our members and patients.
- To support other areas of the business when required.
- To maintain strict confidentiality in throughout all aspects of the job role.

Your skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally accounts based with a good knowledge of Xero.
- Good organisational skills, a logical approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Able to work as part of a team but also self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
- IT literate with a strong ability to use Excel spreadsheets

As part of the Linbury Team, you will be responsible to the Practice Manager and Directors in the successful delivery of excellent patient services and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.

**Salary**: Up to £13.80 per hour
