Rate - £18ph

Location - Maidstone

**Duties**:

- Operate and maintain rollers and heavy machinery effectively.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Roller Operative or similar role in construction.
- Proficiency in operating rollers and other heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maidstone, Kent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Roller: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NPORS/CPCS (preferred)
