**Your Role**

As the Early Careers Team Co-ordinator, you’ll supervise, co-ordinate and lead the activities of the Early Careers support team to deliver a seamless end-to-end support function for all apprentices, trainee CILEX Lawyers and trainee solicitors in the business, from recruitment to qualification. You’ll have line management responsibility for the two Early Careers Assistants, ensuring the day-to-day administrative tasks of the team are anticipated and completed in a timely manner.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Co-ordinating the recruitment and development of apprentices, trainee CILEX Lawyers and trainee solicitors.
- Managing the Early Careers Assistants on a daily basis and allocate work to ensure all tasks are achieved in a timely manner.
- Liaising with training providers and third party suppliers to ensure trainee solicitors, trainee CILEX Lawyers and apprentices receive robust training and obtain the necessary qualifications which meet with regulatory requirements and leading to qualification in the role.
- Delivering a comprehensive Legal Work Placement scheme to assist with the recruitment of top talent into our trainee solicitor roles.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to provide professional, consultative and expert support to the business

**What We're Looking For**
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrative experience of handling and managing multiple projects and tasks to deadlines.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience coaching and developing individuals or a small team.
- Confidence in communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to undertake travel throughout the UK.
