Clinical Safer Staffing Facilitator

We are expanding our Safer Staffing team and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as a Clinical Safer Staffing Facilitator within the Care Quality Division.
We are looking for a confident, organised and passionate Nurse/AHP who loves empowering staff and promoting a safer staffing culture. This post will work alongside the Clinical Safer Staffing Lead to support the divisions to manager their overarching safer staffing agendas and provide assurance to the trust board that we are delivering the expected standards in line with CQC regulatory framework outcome 13, the NQB 2016 Safe Sustainable and Productive Staffing expectations and NHSE&I 2018 DWS requirements.
This job involves travel across both sites engaging with staff and understanding the challenges faced in our clinical areas which will enable you to be an effective driver of qualitative, innovative, productive, safe evidence-based care and workforce planning which promotes best practice and best outcomes for patients.
