Assistant Groundsperson

We are looking to appoint a Assistant Groundsperson to join the Grounds team based at the Failand Sports Grounds, to start immediately.

The department maintains all sports pitches on the fifty acre site to ensure that they are in the best condition for the busy sports programme.

**Duties of the Assistant Groundsperson**

Full details of the role duties are contained in the job description, these include:

- Grass cutting using large area fairway mowers and hand tools as required
- Refuelling of tractor and mowers
- Application of fertilisers, dressings and other treatments
- Erection and maintenance of sports equipment

The salary banding for this role is £22,500 to £24,300 per annum dependant on experience.
