**We are looking for a full-time Health & Safety Administrator** **to join our friendly and supportive team on a temporary contract, initially 3 - 6 months with potential for this to be extended.**

**POSITION**:Health & Safety Administrator (Temp)

**SALARY**:£25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

**WORKING HOURS**: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**ABOUT THE JOB**

You will be assisting the HSQ Advisors with all administrative duties relating to the health, safety and quality for Regular Cleaning and as directed by the HSQE Director.

Your duties would include but are not limited to:

- Pulling together site folders/replacement of documentation (certificates, RAMS etc)
- Updating CMT and providing updated ISO Certs/Safe Contractor and BIC’s etc
- Ensuring that H&S stationary (folders, labels etc) for site folders are available.
- Pull together PAT test schedule for sites (RC owned equipment)
- Update PAT tests on to CMS
- Liaise with Equipment Suppliers to communicate PAT test dates for leased equipment (as directed by HSQE Director)
- Ensure that Risk Assessments are uploaded and recorded in the Hazard Portfolio
- Add/remove sites from audit tracker.
- Monitor CAR’s and ensure tracker is updated monthly.
- Communicate to Advisors any CAR’s that are overdue and require attention.
- Ensure that client H&S folders are tidy and OOD RAMS are achieved appropriately.

**ABOUT YOU**
- High degree of customer service, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Organised, methodical, proactive with excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package
- A high standard of verbal and written English (ESOL Level 2 or GCSE A to C grade)
- Ability to communicate advice, instructions, and information clearly and concisely
- Pro-active with the ability to assist with administrative and organisational tasks
