**Scope of Role**:
The sales support administrator reports into the customer services manager and covers all aspects of administration within the car buying business. Will support other areas including purchasing, finance settlements, vehicle remarketing and stock management. with administration tasks. Responding to customer queries and collaborating with the wider team.

**Objectives for Role**:

- Support all business areas with all aspects of administration: Excellent administration skills supporting all areas of the car buying business with administration tasks. Understanding requirements and ensuring all records and administration is kept in line with standard operating practices.
- Supporting with finance settlement collections:
Ensure relevant paperwork is obtained and stored in line with Car buying processes and liaising with the finance team.
- Supporting Customer Enquiries: strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner.
- Supporting with day-to-day partnership requests.
- Supporting supplier and partnership relationships by completing day to day requested administration tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Supporting the remarking of vehicles on disposal channels including stock management, data input, data analysis, and collaboration with disposal channel partners.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and support overall operational success.

**Skills Knowledge and Experience**:

- Attention to Detail: The role holder must have a strong attention to detail to ensure that the car buying business process is adhered to, and customer data in gathered / input correctly.
- High Performance Culture: Have the ability to operate in a high performance, continuous improvement culture, where each individual plays a key part in the business achieving is volume commitments.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.
- Proven experience within an admin support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging new technology to support continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
