The company is based in Yeovil with the factory employing over 50 people. The company has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, which is equipped with the latest technology. They are committed to continuous improvement and invest heavily in research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Manage maintenance inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts and equipment.

Key Skills:

- Electrically qualified with Root cause analysis experience.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience of CMMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
