If so, we have a great opportunity for you to be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of some of our key water supply assets.

**What you'll do**:
Working on sites across our region, the Reservoir and Spring Maintenance Supervisor works alongside our operational teams, leading a team that carries out confined space inspections, cleans and minor maintenance of our drinking water tanks and water towers.

In addition the team maintains and repairs our extensive raw water spring infrastructure.

You will be provided with a company vehicle and all the tools you need to complete the job across our region, which covers Bristol, Salisbury, Bournemouth and Bridgwater.

Responsibilities include:

- team leader/supervisor - health, safety, and wellbeing for a team of six site technicians
- coordination of team activities alongside multiple departments and third parties
- delivery of planned and reactive works:

- drinking water tanks and towers - inspection, testing, cleaning and maintenance
- raw water springs infrastructure - CCTV surveys, proactive maintenance, and leak fixing
- gauging stations - silt and vegetation removal and general maintenance
- dams - vegetation maintenance.

**What you'll need**:
You will have a positive can-do customer-focused attitude. You will need to be a natural team leader who can manage and support a close-knit team.

You will have:

- a valid UK driving licence
- proven towing experience
- confined space training
- knowledge and awareness of drinking water quality requirements, and working in environmentally sensitive locations
- extensive Health and Safety training, and ideally Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme Course (CITB SSSTS).
