Part Time Property Administrator

Our client who are the region’s leading residential letting and property management company are currently recruiting for a Part Time Property Administrator to join their team in on a 6 month contract in their Quedgeley office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with lettings team to ensure the move ins are running smoothly throughout the month
- Prepare and execute all documentation related to a move in such as tenancy agreements and safety certificates
- Deal with any renewals and addendums as and when needed
- Answering the telephone calls and dealing with queries
- Any other general administrative tasks such as making up landlord and tenant packs, landlords’ terms of business and filing
- Arrange viewings with tenants and register applicants on the system
- Undertake any training and development opportunities made available by the Company
- Be responsible for the general presentation of the office
- Be compliant with Health and Safety regulations and the principles of GDPR
- Seek reviews from tenants and landlords and support the team in upselling any insurance policies such as tenants’ insurance.
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a good telephone manner.
- Reliable with good communication skills.
- The ability to maintain effective working relationships.
- Be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Be computer literate with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above or equivalent A 'levels.
**Hours-** 15 hours per week.
**Salary-** £10.25 per hour + Commission (Average £100-£150 per month)
