The Bracknell Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) has an exciting opportunity for a team Administrator to join our new, dynamic and multi-disciplinary team, especially to support our new services, i.e. Mental Health Integrated Community Services (MHICS). The service runs Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. This post is for 18.75 hours per week.
The postholder will support the effective operation of the services by providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support to the team members.
The postholder is expected to act on their own initiative on a daily basis to ensure the effective running of the service, prioritising their own workload as required.
The post holder must be able to effectively and professionally liaise with and negotiate between all colleagues, service users and their families, members of staff from other external organisations and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills and dealing with confidential information in an appropriate manner.
